'A real Japanese experience in a century old Ryokan at a great location with very friendly staff. Kids and wife and me all loved it.'

'The hotel features large updated rooms with windows on the bay so it is delightful watching the sun rise and moon from the comfort of your room. The hot baths are excellent. The dinners and breakfasts vary every day and are both outstanding. The price for all this is reasonable. And, let’s not forget the free shuttle to the train station. I felt that staff was over worked and I’m not sure if there were enough staff people.'

'Nice hotel. Clean. Good location. However there are only 2 elevators and 1 had broken down. So we had very long waiting times for the elevator and there was no alternative. The stairs weren't accessible. This was not very comfortable.'

'Good location, very nice staff, cute tea corner with free drinks and loads of board games. Only down side is that it was a bit of an older hotel. '

'Apartment was clean, spacious, and featured new appliances and new construction. Location was conveniently close to a major train station as well as several restaurants and convenience stores. Check-in was a little cumbersome and due to equipment failures we were not able to use key cards and had to share a single unit key.'
