'Lovely property very close to harbor but far enough away to be quiet. The room was comfortable and we had the ocean view version with a great view. Staff very nice and helpful.'

'The property is stunning and beautifully crafted, every corner of the property was picture perfect and aesthetic. The staff were extremely friendly and the manager, Rohan was super helpful - he helped us book our safari and massages. The pool is beautiful and looks exactly like the photos and is clean. The breakfast being included was super helpful and was very yummy with a good selection and excellent ingredients. Neem is extremely peaceful and relaxing. The beach right outside the hotel is...

'We had an amazing stay here. The staff was exceptional and went far to help us out with everything. The room was large and clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. Hotel arranged a turtle snorkeling with a local guide that was a really good experience. The breakfast was good and we also had lunch at the hotel two days. We even got a christmas gift from the hotel staff on christmas day. One of the best and nicest places we have stayed in Sri Lanka, much thanks to the lovely staff and the...

'Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Mooie kamers, goed eten en fijn zwembad. '

'this hotel is budget friendly but not that like regular hotel.'

'The room had efficient air conditioning and was clean and well presented. The couple who run it are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was served every morning, I asked only for fruit and tea, so I am not sure what is available above and beyond this. My fruit was delicious and freshly prepared. The location is quiet, being down a short path, and the location is excellent for convenience and beach access, plus bars and restaurants. It’s extremely close to turtle 🐢 beach, where you may be lucky...

'What a fantastic little hotel in Mirissa. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing. Waking up in a four-poster bed and stepping onto a balcony overlooking the beach and coconut trees was an absolute joy. The pool was lovely, and from the balcony you could even see Coconut Tree Hill. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas. Tuk-tuks are easy to find if you want to explore further, but...

'The hotel and location is stunning and the staff is very friendly and the food is great! We booked a room in the hotel but ended up in one of the villas next door that just opened its doors as they were overbooked. The villa is for friends and family with a communal living area and kitchen and we were told to have this exclusively and could enjoy some privacy. A dream too good to be true as both villas turned out to be occupied during our stay (meaning 6 to 8 different couples. They claimed to...

'This was a nice hotel with great staff. I just didn’t feel it was worth the price given other places in Sri Lanka I had visited. '

'Great location. A few meters away from the street. Decent size room , big bathroom. NO bed sheet to cover yourself with; only blanket. Very welcoming host. The kitchen on rooftop was great for the view but very filthy sink. Of course certain people do not clean after themselves. I recommend the maid cleans everyday. Overall great stay'

'Goed hotel met een mooi uitzicht over de jungle.locatie is heerlijk rustig en vlakbij het strand +/- 500 meter. Aan het zwembad staan weinig bedjes en als gasten dan weggaan en de handdoeken laten liggen.... Hier moet het personeel iets aan doen.'

'We were disappointed with Sandy Bliss. We booked a Superior Double with a King bed and Sea Views - our room was an obstructed/partial sea view, but mostly street view with significant street noise. (photo). The hotel is set behind another building, so few rooms will have unobstructed views as advertised. I requested to move to a sea view room but was told this was the room I booked, despite the clear discrepancy between listing and reality. They eventually offered a room with a better sea view...

'Pool ok'
