'I arrived to discover that a house that I had booked with a clear understanding that it was an entire house for my use only, and then called and spoke with the owner to clarify to make sure that that was the case and was reassured. Yes, it’s you rented the whole house. It’s yours, only to discover somebody sleeping in the home, occupying most of the cabinets with their food, the refrigerator with their food, kitchen, a little bit less and clean, a bathroom, a little less than expected'

'Billy Boy Retreat is a beautifully appointed home. We were there in March so the swimming pool wasn’t open but we enjoyed the patio with its plastic enclosure , hot tub, tv and fire table. Anything you could think of needing was available at this home. We also enjoyed a Saturday afternoon trip at the Coal Tipple brewery.'

'Wished that the units were connected. We had two teens with us. Contacted property via messaging asking about rooms set up(connecting door, etc) and never got a response. Spacious suites. Decent location for the purpose of our trip.'
