'We enjoyed our stay while we visited the white mountains. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. The kids also enjoyed the pool, which was very clean although small. The pool area was also nice warm and with towels. '

'The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. '
