Slechts 2. 8 mijl van WEF, onze Wellington huis is perfect voor ruiters, gezinnen of mensen die gewoon op zoek zijn naar thuis weg van huis, terwijl in het gebied. We gebruiken het woord niet lichtvaardig - dit is onze woning wanneer we in Wellington zijn, dus er is geen detail over het hoofd gezien. Compleet met comfortabele plattegrond met gerenoveerde keuken en baden. Details zijn hi-speed WIFI, Netflix / Amazon / kabel-tv, smart-home-technologie en een nieuwe wasmachine / droger met hoge capaciteit.

Afgeschermde patio is perfect om te ontspannen aan het zwembad, zowel overdag als 's nachts.

Ons huis is volledig gezinsvriendelijk met kindveiligheidsfuncties, supersnelle WIFI en meer. We zijn volledig gevuld met:

Family Visit

We stayed at this lovely home in November. It was the perfect location for adults of all ages to come together. We have family on both coasts of FL and this location was very close to our Lake Worth folks. The house is lovely, very comfortable and quite easy for our 80+ crowd to navigate. The outdoor space was lovely and we gathered on the patio each. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

This property is a win for families!! We loved the pool and a park just a few houses down the street. The house was perfect for my 4 and almost 2 year old grandkids. Lots of toys and everything you need for a home away from home. Matt was awesome keeping in touch to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely recommend this home!!

Perfect Horse Show Stay!

We had a wonderful time in Matt’s home. All of the amenities were set up perfectly for our group with adults and a toddler. Our daughter LOVED all of the toys, kid friendly cutlery, pool toys and safety items like the helmet and life jacket and the pack n play. This house is fully equipped to handle families with kids and we loved that we didn’t have to overpack and figure out logistics of traveling with a toddler. Matt was extremely attentive and communicative, the best host I have ever had through rental sites. We appreciated his hospitality and look forward to staying here next time we visit Wellington. I cannot recommend this house enough!

This rental home worked out perfectly! The online pictures were accurate. The homeowner was thoughtful and he checked in with us to ensure all was going well. We had a great stay at this property. Our family lives in Florida and we hadn't been to visit since 2019, and now that we know we have a great option for stays - we will be planning more trips! The house was perfect for a family, with so many kid-related amenities. I was shocked to see the amount of toys (even though it's in the description) and our kids LOVED playing at the house when we needed a break from the heat or thunder storms. Nice property that may our needs. Plenty of room for all of us, and the patio is separated into a few different areas. Weather permitting, it's a great place to relax. Would have been nice to know about the sprinklers schedule. Also would have been better with soft water. The sprinklers came on and made our vehicles need to be washed again. I realize we are not the "typical" VRBO renter. We travel with 2 full size pickup trucks, so neither would fit in the garage. Aside from those minor things(which are the norm in rentals), we definitely found the house to be better than adequate.

Family holiday in a wonderful house.
