Thanks for sharing your feedback. It's helpful to know that there are additional charges for parking. Ours at 25 a night is a deal as it is on site and accessible by lift. The noise and ventilation issues are definitely things to address. It sounds like there are areas for improvement, especially with essential amenities like toilet paper. Hi Donna, thanks for the review. I am disappointed that you weren't aware of the parking charges - we are LOUD about it - 25 for overnight or 28 for 24 hours. We have limited parking and it causes upset when not booked. To eliminate the distress it is clearly stated on all booking sites and in confirmation emails sent directly to guests.
