  • Dit ruime appartement heeft vanuit elk raam een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan en het moeras. Elke kamer is gerenoveerd. Er is een groot nieuw bad, nieuwe keuken en kamerbreed tapijt. De grote slaapkamers hebben een fantastisch uitzicht op de oceaan. U komt binnen vanaf een patio met uitzicht op het rustige moeras. De familiekamer stroomt direct in de lichte eetkeuken met alle gemakken van thuis (magnetron, koffiezetapparaat en broodrooster). Er is een flatscreen-tv, WiFi, dvd-speler en een slaapbank voor extra gasten (appartement voor 6 personen zeer comfortabel). De eerste slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de tweede een groot bed. Er is voldoende ruimte voor een kinderbed of draagbare wieg voor een klein kind. Het is slechts een steenworp afstand van de oceaan met een openbare weg (# 2) aan de overkant van de straat. Dit is een tweede verdieping eenheid in een huis met twee eenheden. De mogelijkheid bestaat voor grote gezinnen of meerdere gezinnen die samen op vakantie willen om zowel de eerste verdieping als de tweede verdieping tegelijkertijd te huren. This property is in a prime location for easy access to the beach. Would particularly recommend staying in the upstairs unit for beautiful ocean views from the front bedroom windows and sunsets out the back. The upstairs has been updated and feels fresh and airy. Washer and dryer in the basement as well as an abundance of beach, chairs, and toys were a nice extra.

Great Location for the Beach

The 4 of us travel together each fall and love exploring so this was perfect for us. Beautiful weather, nice walks on the beach and easy traveling to explore. Great trip

Nous avons passé un magnifique moment à cet hébergement, j'y retournerais sans hésitation. Littéralement à 26 secondes de marche de la plage, ce qui est très pratique (juste en face d'un passage pour accéder à la plage!). Le logement était propre et d'une parfaite grandeur pour 4 adultes. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner, Wells Beach est un endroit magnifique à visiter, d'autant plus en étant à ce logement!

Half marathon

This is a fantastic beach spot. We came up for a half marathon. Great location to cheer on the runners and then relax on the beach afterwards.

No rain could dampen our enjoyment staying here.

It is a lovely place and worked out great. Because my mom is 86 and the stairs were hard; we basically ate take out from A few of the area restaurants, drank wine and played cards. There is a nice view of the ocean from the bedrooms.

Loved our stay in Wells!

David and his wife, Rebecca, went out of their way to make sure we were totally at home. We so enjoyed our time in Wells. Their cute place is perfect - across from the beach, so clean, bed is very comfy, and the space is exactly what we were hoping for. I would definitely come stay again!

Perfect beach location

Great stay! Loved have the beach right across the road. Could see the beach out the front and the marsh out the back. Parking is tight, but follow the instructions and you will be fine. Owner was very helpful and communicative!

Our second stay in this apartment (and third at this property - stayed downstairs the first year). We love the location - beach right across the street, short walk to shops/arcade on Mile Road. Layout of the apartment is great, working laundry in the basement, lots of beach stuff to borrow in the basement, parking is easy, hosts are easy to communicate with. We will be back.

Great location

Very clean, great space. The location is key. The breeze flowing through was one of our favorite things. Was really nice to have the bike and the extra boogie boards in the basement. Would stay again for sure.

Great Spot

This property is right across from the beach and within walking distance to the arcade, shops, and food. Nice outdoor space with patio furniture and an outdoor shower to wash off all the sand! David is very responsive. I would recommend staying here!

Charming oceanside retreat

I stayed for 4 nights in October in the top floor unit of this gorgeous house in Wells, Maine. It is just steps away from the beach but also close to lots of great restaurants and shops. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. I will definitely be planning a return visit soon.

Girls weekend

We loved the apartment. (Just an fyi to owner... a blind in the kitchen was broken. ) The place was clean and homey. We loved the view and the short walk to the beach. Thank you so much for letting us rent it out.

Marathon stay

We stayed for the Wells marathon and it was an ideal location, within walking distance of the start line. The property was as described and the kids loved being across the road from the beach. We didn’t have much time to explore the surrounding area, but it would make a good base for exploring this part of the Maine coast. The host was also very helpful in responding to all of my questions.

Wells Beach trip

We loved the location right across from the beach access path! The apartment was clean and comfortable and the ocean views and sound of the waves at night are amazing! Please make it clear to your guests that towels and linens are not provided upon arrival. Thank you for sharing your lovely place.

Location is amazing! You cross the road and you are on the beach! The property itself is nice and has everything you’d need and expect in a vacation rental. It was very clean and well presented. My only complaint is the beds are really hard and uncomfortable and it made for a tough nights sleep. Otherwise the place was great and we would definitely come back!
