'Spacious, clean and well equipped, comfy beds and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. Really appreciated the board games for the day the weather was not so good. Really minor improvements would be pint glasses for the men, a long cable to make the snug room tv internet connected and for all the beds to be made up not just the number fir persons staying so we can chosewhi sleeps where (one of the singles didnt have sheets on presumably as we were 7 staying in an 8 berth cottage). Overall...

'Great stay 2 adults and a golden retriever. Garden ideal for dog. Comfy sofas and bed. Could do with bedside table each side in main bedroom and also plug sockets near bed for phones. Parking tight against house but managed to get a space daily apart from one occasion. We love area, sandringham, brancaster, old hi stand Tom, rose and crown in the village and thornham deli particularly good'

'An update of the photos would be beneficial as the kitchen has been beautifully renovated. I found the property to be clean, comfortable and inviting, however, additional cutlery would be useful as the only ones available are plastic and children’s sized. Although out of the property owners control, a barking dog kept me awake most nights, but, for my dogs the property was ideal with even a stair gate to prevent them going upstairs. There is also a really useful courtyard area at the back.'

'Great location and sizeable property for just the two of us and our 2 dogs. Location is quiet,within easy reach of pebble beach, village with local pub and coffee shop. Easy access to the north Norfolk coast and inland areas and the many walks. Ideal for walkers and bird watchers. Property is adequately equipped, spacious with parking for 1 car, although you can park on the street, although would've like more info on the facilities that were to hand. If you're going to stay I'd advised booking...
