'My husband and I were looking for a quiet cabin weekend getaway and we were not at all disappointed. This cabin is situated in a very scenic area with plenty of dining options nearby. The screened in porch facing the water was lovely. And the reviews are correct, the cabin was exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely!'

'The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had what we needed for a two-night stay with a teen and dog. There's a back door that's convenient for taking the dog in and out (the little conveniences mean a lot when traveling with a pet!). Its location is also really convenient to head to Wegmans for supplies as well as to Market St. and the museums. We'd recommend it and would definitely stay there again!'

'Great property, great location, and great communication. Property was great for stargazing and only 8 minutes away from Cherry Springs. Our family enjoyed the time there, the three teenagers especially enjoying the outdoors and the pool table. Someplace we would definitely stay again.'

'I cant say enough good things about my experience with staying at the Lake View Lodge. I dealt with Christopher the property manager throughout the whole booking process/stay and he was nothing short of amazing. Chris answered every question i had leading up to our stay. He helped and fixed the only two minor issues we had throughout the weekend. During the first night of our stay the hottub stopped working and there was an issue with the speakers in the theater room. Chris had a handyman there...

'Had a wonderful time. Easy access to Pine creek trail, state park overlooks, and Wellsboro. Enjoyed watching the stars while using the campfire. The sky was amazing! There is a little bit of truck noise from Rt 6 but we live in a busy area so it didn't bother us at all. Would stay here again for sure.'

'We've stayed at the Creek House two years in a row with large groups of friends for a fall bike trip weekend on the Pine Creek Rail Trail. We love the location and setting of this property and for the number of people you can fit in this place, it's a great deal. Our one critique is the bathroom situation. If you have 10 plus people, it's difficult sharing the two bath/shower facilities... especially the one by the garage with a window and no curtains.'

'Overall we really liked the property. It gave us the quiet and privacy we were looking for. Beautiful sunrise in the morning. The only downside was although the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment, there were no spices(except salt and pepper) and no baggies, foil etc which made storing leftovers a challenge. Future renters should also be aware that the washer/dryer are in the closet of the second bedroom so there is no closet space for clothes. '
