We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday boy was given a balloon, beer and card, to make the event more special. The staff were friendly. The tasting menu was delicious and substantial. 'Lovely spacious stay at this pub for my family, loved the little touches.. fresh milk in the room, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Large comfy beds. Staff were very friendly, and we had dinner here too which was delicious and well priced.
Only thing that let it down were the light curtains giving us an early wake up, a black out blind would be a perfect addition!
