'Property is well kept, close to bridge and many activity’s. Pickleball courts at Dick Samp Memorial park were great. Restaurants and food very good. Even did some fishing. Sarah’s Crack hiking and kayaking. Busy few days but also time to relax at property. Great time! Blessed Easter.'

'This place was so warm and homey. Short walk to the Rotary park and London bridge. All the neighbors were very friendly. Elaine was bet easy to work with. The couches and bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you’d need. The condo and the whole complex was very clean. If we go back we’ll be staying here again.'

'Wonderful location...right on the water. The condo has 2 master suites, roomy living room, and well equiped kitchen. Secure parking. One bathroom needs some attention for water damage. Because it's on the ground floor, you'll need to carry supplies down about 3 floors. There's also a ramp.'

'We have been coming to Yuma for years to visit my grandma who lives in the Foothills. We decided to rent a place in Yuma this time and this place was great!! Just minutes away from great restaurants and the Yuma Palms Mall. The condo had been nicely updated and the king bed was so comfortable that we contacted the property manager to get the brand info. The community pool is convenient to the condo and nice. We put this condo on our favorites list for next visit.'

'Our stay here was exactly as advertised and more! Perfect house - the layout fit our group perfectly even though we didn't use 2 of the smaller rooms. One couple decided to have a little more privacy and stay in adjacent Casita. The pool area with the grotto, hot tub and bar/grill got a lot of use. Loved how the large master suites opened up to the pool patio. The inside with large dining kitchen with the pool table had it all - even a separate refrigerator for more beverages. Everyone loved it....
