'We have our own vacation rentals so I know the challenges. I would suggest a single serve coffee maker. Easy to care for provides far better coffee and options for coffee flavors in the “pods”. Instant coffee is just not good… Great place. Loved the steamer! Thanks for the snacks!'

'We have just had a fabulous 7 days at Paul’s house. Location is ideal, quiet and private but very easy access to everything the area has to offer. Paul is an excellent host, providing information throughout the process and welcoming guests personally. The house is spotless, very well stocked and is extremely comfortable. 'Todd was very pleasent to work with. He was quick to respond if we ever have questions and took time to talk with us to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay. After seeing the prestige condition of his home, it was easy to understand his high expectations. Perfect place if you are looking for a quiet haven away from others. The views were serene and exactly what we needed. Looking forward to coming back. '

'We enjoyed our stay at Eidelweiss. The house was perfect for me and my adult son. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the grill because it was very dirty and rusty looking. But the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. It is a very quiet area. And close to little pea porridge pond which is so nice to swim in.'

'Really thoughtful touches - we played Jenga every night. I had a medical emergency with one of my kids and property manager was available and helpful (thank you!!). Kitchen was well stocked and location is so amazing. It isn’t directly on the lake but walk 300 meters and you are there. We loved hiking Lake Sebago!!!The location is close to restaurants and shops but remote enough you have a “cabin in the woods feel.”10/10 recommend.'
