'After a very long car trip, I was happy to walk into a clean, comfortable room with soothing colors and fluffy bed coverings. The shower was hot. The room was quiet. I sleeped very well. I stayed with my two small dogs. There is a large yard out back for their walks. The cabins are a quick drive to all major attractions, grocery store, lakes, ponds, trails, etc. It is across the road from a great pizza place and the railroad museum. Would definitely stay again. '

'A very pleasant and quiet visit. If you are looking for a peaceful stay a short drive from the ocean, I highly recommend this listing. Recommend the School House restaurant for an upscale dining experience! Communication was fantastic, house was very clean, listing spot on.'

'I have to say that this site was the most well stocked and developed camp site that we have ever visited. It had everything, and Aaron was a very accommodating host. We could not have asked for more. For everything that the site offered - from hot shower to fully electrically powered lights and refrigerator to the grills, we were in awe. This is definitely a place to stay for multiple nights. If anything, I think the description under-sells what they have to offer. Highly recommended. '

'My husband and I had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the incredible view and access to the water. (They have paddles and life jackets for the kayaks) We spent hours both nights on the dock and loved getting to take the kayaks out. The living space had everything we needed with lots of natural light from the wrap around windows with view of the water from all sides!! We forgot to bring coffee and they ended up having some in the kitchen already! The boat house is attached to another house...

'Location 10/10. Nice grassy area directly on the water. We were able to walk to the harbor front & shops (5 mins). Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were adequate. Towels plentiful. House is older & eclectic… we loved it! Super quiet area. Fun fact: there’s a shipwreck in the water right outside the house, visible at low tide.'

'Great island house! Loved how stocked the kitchen was, we had comfortable beds and even beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely stay here again. '

'This cozy cottage is in the beautiful town of Phippsburg, next to the break-taking beach of Popham State Park. With its site on the ocean shore, the sound of waves soothes your soul, and the beach lends all kinds of opportunities for exploring both at low tide and high tide. Our host and hostess were very responsive to our needs, and my daughter and I greatly enjoyed out stay.'

'we really enjoyed our stay. we were staying to celebrate a bachelor party weekend and it was perfect for what we wanted. plenty of bathrooms to get ready and we really liked the huge living area for us to all comfortably hang out in together. the place was exactly how it is described. would definitely recommend for any large party whether a bachelor party or a family. 'Great location and price, comfortable, clean house. Dmitri was responsive and very easy to deal with. Easy check in and out. I’d stay here again, but there is no kitchen and no way to cook. Luckily the food in Bath was outstanding! For our short stay we didn’t miss the kitchen too much. '

'Lovely little space for a getaway. Beautiful views at all times of day. Well appointed studio. Had everything we needed. Great little coffee shop and a convenience store nearby. Great restaurants and sightseeing close by as well. Highly recommend! Hosts stayed in touch and responded very quickly. Very quiet area. The few neighbors we met were all lovely people. Can’t wait to come back. '
