'Perfect cute little room, staff were always kind and respectful, and for me to say they make probably the best breakfast I've ever had! Is saying something.'

'Great location, very friendly staff. Bit noisy early in the morning because of the workers, but need to leave early for work anyway.'

'I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. My room was on one of the upper floors, so I didn’t experience any noise from the pub downstairs. The bed was also very comfortable. During my entire four-night stay, I didn’t see a single member of the hotel staff. If personal contact with staff is important to you, this might not be the right place for you. Apart from that, the location is great. You can easily get to the CBD, and many attractions are within walking...

'Perfect stay. Rooms quiet, dark and comfortable with some nice classy touches. Cafe/restaurant also very cosy.'

'Met all our needs '

'Lovely hotel. The room I stayed in was wonderful; spacious and spotless. I loved the style and feel of the room; as if I had my own apartment in the city. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I stayed longer than anticipated because I just didn't want to leave :) Steps away from St.Kilda's centre and a short walk to the beach and promenade. SkyBus stop to/from the airport right across the street. Highly recommended!'

'It’s reasonable easy conveyance place to stay bit old but reasonable clean!!'

'Awesome.'

'This property was in an excellent location with a train to the city right across the street and a supermarket and restaurants within steps. I asked for a room at the back and it was very quiet. Bed was comfy and shower was great, I used the kitchen for breakfast and a light dinner, plus a washer and dryer is so amazing on a longer trip. My only negatives were that the whole space was dark and the walls needed washing and painting and I mentioned this to the front desk, but I would stay again!'
