'The location is beachside, easily walkable to northside park on the Bayside. The beach is not overly crowded and has lifeguards on duty. Cute, small condo with washer and dryer. Everything you need for a quick beach trip. The building is secure with really nice staff and parking available. We brought our teenage kids, one of whom had a lacrosse tournament. 'What a fabulous condo! My husband and I traveled to Ocean City for bike week and wanted something close to the ocean, not far from the week’s festivities but in a quiet location, and we could not have asked for anything better. We had an ocean view from our balcony, a view of the sunset over the bay, the condo management was super friendly, and the owner of the unit was incredibly communicative and answered all of my many questions. 'The view was spectacular. Beautiful sunrises. The place was very clean and spacious. It was very peaceful and serene. Owners responded immediately to any questions. Check in was seamless. All linens provided, so no need to pack extra. Bed is very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.'

'The space is comfortable and has a nice ocean view. Direct access to the beach. Close to everything from shopping to restaurants going either north toward Fenwick or South to Ocean City. Balcony setting is comfortable. Plenty to do inside on a rainy day from a selection of games to TV app access and movies. Host was very quick to return communications and very helpful. '

'The "Treehouse" is a lovely getaway right on the Ocean. It is clean and very generously equipped with just about everything you could ask for a quick weekend away. The unit has a local, beachy vibe that just makes you feel like you are really on retreat. The walk up the stairs to the entrance gave us some good exercise.
