' The location is okay. 25 minutes walk to the sights. A supermarket and coffee shops nearby. The kitchen is well equipped. -It’s a 3 room B&B with thin walls. So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...

'Net hotel met goed ontbijt. Helaas een invalide kamer gekregen op de begane grond naast de ingang. Andere kamergevraagd maar dat kon volgens de receptie niet omdat alle kamers bezet waren. Geluid was echteen stoorzender, dankzij oordopjes nog normaal kunnen slapen. Met een normale kamer op een etage had het verblijf veel aangenamer geweest.'

'Independent apartment in the heart of the city was a beautiful, modern and extremely comfortable place to stay in Bologna. Within walking distance of the historic city centre, train station and a supermarket, it’s location was excellent. It has every amenity needed and was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Massimiliano, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. A wonderful base to explore Bologna!'
