'Everything was great'

'We were happy with the rental. Very clean and everything we needed. Our grandsons enjoyed the game room.Only suggestion i would make is a few more towels and rolls of toilet paper for the guests'

'The property was as shown in the pictures very cozy and an awesome back yard to enjoy a fire and stare gaze. The only down fall was the shower, it felt like i was taking a bird bath no pressure from the nozzle which made me disappointed and also Higgins Lake was Not a 2 min walk more like a 15min drive but its close enough from the cabin to enjoy the lake and scenery. The kitchen was big and had everything you needed overall I'd like to return if shower head was replaced and thougts about adding...

'Our family had a great time for a long weekend at the cottage. We did some kayaking on the Ausable River, fishing on the lake and spent lots of time around the fire pit. The house had a few quirks, but that is just a function of being an older house. It was very well maintained and clean and had plenty of beds for our extended family to sleep in. The owner provided clear instructions and was prompt with communication and responding to questions.'

'Family vacay before school starts, so we fished off the dock and got catfish! We also had a bonfire, visited some.sites, great time for me and my family!'

'The cottage is absolutely adorable! We enjoyed a weekend there for Tip Up Town and even though it was freezing, it was an easy walk on the lake to the beer tent and a short walk on the road to the Limberlost. The host was communicative. It was a great stay! '

'Right on the water for fishing and boating. Kayaks, small fishing boat and paddle boat provided. Great fishing. Close to downtown Mio to go shopping and out to eat. Close to the river to go rafting. '

'Nicely decorated and clean. Check in and departure was a breeze with a door code given to you prior to arrival. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to cook with and plenty of towels available for both kitchen/bath. Thankful for the AC during our stay when the temps were in the 90's. Shane responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The sunsets were an added bonus to our stay. Would definitely recommend.'
