Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.'

'The front desk staff person that we worked with was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had a unique situation with two adults and 15 students. She gave the chaperones keys to all the student rooms, allowed us to use the breakfast area for dinner, watched cameras to allow us better control of the students and any issues that could have arisen. 'The TV was out from day one. He had said that it was due to weather, but we never had it at all the entire weekend we were there. The room was somewhat clean. There was some marks on the walls by the bed look like maybe from feet or furniture and the area where you would blow dye your hair that had the mirror for makeup had no electricity going to it so I couldn’t use the blow dryer or put makeup on in that area or comb my hair or anything he said since it was a holiday weekend he wasn’t going...

'Breakfast has very little selection. The biscuits that they put out for the biscuits and gravy are cold. Nothing is freshly prepared. No protein options. Had to switch rooms because my air conditioner sounded like a lawnmower and front desk made a big deal about it but eventually got me switched. Beds are very hard pillows are old all in all I won’t ever stay here again.'

'We chose this hotel because it is a half mile from the airport and we had an early morning (5:50am) departure. The online description highlights “Free Airport transport”. As we checked in and said that we needed a shuttle at 3:45, we were informed that shuttles started at either 5:00 or 5:30! Although the webpage says free airport shuttle, you have to open additional pop-ups to see the information saying that hours were limited. In the end I had to order an Uber to get to the airport on time....
