'Our week at Sapphire Sunset villa was amazing! We were celebrating my husbands birthday with friends, and the house worked out perfectly. Check in was seamless, and Julian and Faye were just a text away for any questions. The beautiful beach, relaxing pool with SO many floats, and rooftop deck were our favorite places to hang out. We also enjoyed the fire table in the evening after dinner. Paddle boarding and kayaking in the morning when we had the beach to ourselves was also super relaxing....

'Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.'

'We stayed at Villa Tropica for 10 nights with another family and the Villa was fantastic! Home was huge inside and out, with lots of room for 2 families with boys, there would have been more than enough space for even another family. It had everything we needed and the location is great, within walking distance to the beatiful Pelican Beach. There was even a game room with ping pong table not mentioned in the description.We had some minor issues that were out of the control of the owner and...

'Seamless check in. Greeted by Jasmine and Lisa with a fabulous rum punch. They went over the well equipped house in detail and were always readily available if we had questions. You need a car for the location. Spotless house . Great location. Beautiful pool. Very comfy beds.'
