'This house was right where we needed to be, close to family we were visiting. It was right next to the Redbud trail you can walk/bike a mile to 13th street park- a beautiful, recently renovated park with so many fun things. We also spent a day at the Andover YMCA which is 5 minutes away-lots of fun things to do there. The house was decorated beautifully. A very handy floor plan. Nice firm beds. Everything we needed. 'Came out with the family from Texas to watch daughter graduate from college and the place was perfect for our needs. There was a total of 10 people that joined and had plenty of space. Clean, relaxing and roomy would definitely come back and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing time with the family.'

'The Magnolia House has something for everyone! It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near sports games, shopping, walking trails, park, restaurants, and night life. If you are looking to just stay in, there is plenty of things to do for all ages. The host is easy to reach if necessary and communicates only when neccesay. I will definitely be booking this property again!'

'It was spacious with plenty of sleeping space for six people and clean with a wide assortment of cooking appliances though you should bring your own cooking utensils. The dining room was amazing! '

We had to give it some low scores not because of the property or host but because of the VRBO app. When we got to Wichita the app would not allow us to communicate with the owner/host. We didn’t have the address of the property and the VRBO app was no help. We were able with a little difficulty to reach the VRBO help line and after a long exchange they were able to help us reach the owner so he could send us the...
