'When we arrived, we were given the keys and entered a room that wasn’t cleaned and the bedding was in disarray. The manager was very apologetic, but it started our experience off on a not so nice foot. He then went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and we really enjoyed our time in our room. It ended up being a great place to stay and we will for sure come back when we visit the spa again. Thanks! Also… TB’s is such an incredible place to eat right around the corner from the Sundown!...
'Was only used as a quick sleep spot as we were traveling through. Arrived at midnight, the gentleman working was very friendly and helpful. The room and surrounding area was quiet. We brought our small dog and there was a nice grass area right across from the hotel. Drive a little ways east and there are late night fast food options. Only complaint was the water was hot and cold while showering - you could tell when other guests were also using water. Would stay again for a quick over night spot'
