'Overall the property was perfect. Great location, super clean and plenty of room for our family of 4. The only negative I can say is that the property is a duplex and that’s not mentioned in the listing. Overall great spot and would stay there again!'

'The house is very roomy and had everything we needed. It was nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The location is great for heading out to just about anywhere on the Cape. It is on a busy street, but it is very quiet at night, so we did not mind. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. A great place to stay!'

'The property turned out to be just as showed in the pictures. We found it clean with supplies, even though the list indicated that there will none (or very few). The location was perfect. Minutes walk from Herring Pond, 5 minutes drive (or walk) to First Encounter, and close to Orleans and Eastham. We will try to return next year!'
