'My husband, 1 year old and in-laws had a wonderful stay here. The beach is one of the best on the entire island. It was so great to have an area for my son to play just outside our door. Spacious and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!'

'roomy and well located. needs a little attention to some minor issues but overall was a good place to stay. There is sea grass out the first hundred feet or so in the water so swimming out front is not really an option. The pool was a nice option and being there off season we were the only ones in it most of the time.'

'Kings Point is the best. Spacious clean facility. So peaceful with beautiful view. Has all the comforts of home and excellent internet connection. This will be my choice lodging when I return to Cayman Brac. '

'Nice old Caribbean feel…..very little traffic compared to Grand Cayman. Beaches are rocky and not easy to enter the water, water shoes definitely needed. Strong NW winds and waves prevented us from snorkelling and swimming. We were able to snorkel one morning in front of the property and the fish life is like swimming in an aquarium. A few plastic dishes would be nice to eat outside or on the beach. All in all, we had a great time touring the whole island…… we will visit the Brac again. Scuba...

'I got an email on the day of our arrival saying that the reservation was canceled to a break in. Had to scramble to find a place for 6 people. We were successful due to the help of some of the locals. During our conversation was told that the house as trashed During a party mor than a week before our arrival, further more they told me that even without the damage done during the party that the house is run down and seriously in need of repairs and should not even be available to rent. Over all...
