'After a late night of working came to my room and the panel on the front of the heater was kind of half on, but was too tired to to do anything about it after several hours of the heater running and the heat not working right I just turned the heater off and went to bed'

'I felt very bad for the staff at this motel, the main reason I booked there was I had my 10 year old grandson with me who was excited about the pool. When we checked in we were told the pool was closed indefinitely. Never posted on the website!!! We were asked if we wanted a refund but I was there on business and had limited time to rebook a hotel. The room was clean and staff was very nice. '

'What a great hotel Room was perfect. The whole hotel was spotless. There was some sort of tournament involving kids. We never heard a sound! Great front desk staff!'

'Clean rooms, no black out shades though. The pool was packed with kids the weekend I was there. So if you want to enjoy the pool I would inquire about big groups when you book. '

'The room was lacking lighting, very dingy. The TV remote didn't turn tv on or off, so when your in bed watching tv you had to get up out of the warm bed to shut off. Didn't know there was a shade on the window, so the parking lot light was like a spot light in our face all night. Also, for $200 a night i expected at least to have the garbage emptied and clean towels. Saturday was a sleep in and we went down to eat at 9:50am and it was basically nothing left. Very disappointed and expensive. '

'There was 4-5 inches of snow on walk entering building, when asked if they were aware of snow build up at entry staff shrugged and apologized. Room was clean, no coffee pot or cups in room. I turned up heat when I arrived around 6pm, took 3 hours for temp to rise 2 degrees. There was no warm/hot water for bathing that evening or following morning.'
