De igloo is te klein voor 4 volwassenen, badkamer is niet de luxe die je ervan verwacht!
Ontbijt was perfect en de menu’s van het restaurant waren uitstekend maar prijzig!

'The bathroom was full of hair from the previous guests. Also one of the days we were in the bathroom taking and about to take a shower when housekeeping came by (wihthout warning or having let us know when that would be); when we asked if they can come back to the room 15 min later they refused and we at least asked for some fresh towels! When we told the front desk the manager phoned us some hours later and was completely useless.

'Luxe hotel met prachtige, grote, nette kamers van alle gemakken voorzien. Is op loopafstand van de commerciële activiteiten rondom Santa Village, vlakbij het vliegveld en genoeg eetgelegenheden.
Ontbijt is voornamelijk gericht op de Finse en Lapland keuken. Verwacht dan ook geen pancakes of croissantjes. '
