'The staff at the reception was very friendly. The breakfast was good, but for the last few days we were there the croissants had dissapeared. We had a room at the front of the hotel so we sometimes heard some noise, but it wasnt too bad. What was annoying was early risers that stomped through the hotel in their ski boots.. Location was great. Lots of restaurants and shops close by and walking distance from the slope. We had a great stay.'

'First a room with baby bed and sofa made to a bed, then a handicapped room. Was not in a mood for a fight, but that combined with not hearing one sorry or apology was not even worth three stars.'
