'Beautiful spot within view of the fork in the river with the gentle sound of moving water. The cabin has everything you need for a relaxed stay including an outdoor grill and fire pit. If you don’t feel like cooking, The Inn if the River is a quick walk just across the street and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will stay here again when we return to the area. '

'We had coffee on the dock for the morning sun...afternoons on the upper deck. Evenings were on the docks for the sun set..our Evening visits from the enormous flock of geese. The star gazing on the dock was amazing with the skies so deep.'

'The location and property design are great. The hosts have everything that we needed for our visit. The lake view is fantastic and we saw northern lights 2 out of 3 nights. Home had a charcoal grill and fire pit we used several times. We didn’t get to use the kayaks so that’ll have to be next time. A few minute drive to the center of town with several good restaurants. Definitely would rent this place again. '

'Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful property! The location is great and once you are inside it is so cozy and you feel like you are right at home! The access to the water, kayaks available, firepit, the location and how close it is to great hiking trails is wonderful! We can't wait to stay here again!!'

'Awesome but... The cabin, location, hosts, booking etc., were all phenomenal, this was our second time staying at this location as we loved it so much the first time. Unfortunately an encounter with a resident at the very end of the road cast a shadow over our stay. My wife and I were out on the water, I was in a single person canoe fishing and she was in her kayak just enjoying the scenery when a male came from his home, got into his motor boat and approached her accosting/accusing her of going...

'The wife and I and our fur baby Handsome Hank has a fantastic stay here . Only issue we had is the outdoor kitchen needs some work on the counter. We arrived too fresh cut flowers on the table. The yard / woods had been recently raked. I have already recommended this lovely top to some friends and family. Five star ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐. '

'We enjoyed the outside kitchen and screened living room. It was quiet, peaceful, and the hummingbirds were a bonus. The inside area was comfortable, and the handmade furniture was charming. The hosts were respectful and generous. It was a very comfortable place to stay, and we would love to come back.'

'Loved the cottage and location! Property was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed for a very relaxing beautiful stay! Not on the water but extremely close walking distance to path to get to the water and beautiful lake! We rented a canoe close by and were able to put the canoe in the lake easily and paddle around the very quiet and peaceful lake and enjoyed the views! The property manager Tara was excellent and made sure we had everything. Also close to store/market Indian Hill...

'Property was excellent. The check in / out process was smooth and easy. The main living area was well set up. We spent a great deal of time chatting around the bar and table in the open concept set up, as well as on the spacious deck. The hot tub was the best one we've encountered in our travels, my group of golfer particularly enjoyed its foot massager function! There were plenty of beds and all were comfortable. 'Wonderful weekend away on Moosehead lake to celebrate the 4th of July with our family! The accommodations were clean & comfortable and the guest house was a plus. We enjoyed the private beach/fire pit and the sunsets were absolutely amazing. The owner was great and the cleaning staff promptly responded when we checked out. Would definitely book another stay. '

'We woke up to spectacular views of the lake and went to sleep after seeing a sky full of stars. This is a warm, clean cabin with all the necessities of home with the exception of WiFi. While the tv works, I couldn’t get any channels on it, however, this is the type of place where we unplugged and unwound!!! Short backwoods drive to Gulf Hagas for a great hike and 10 minutes to Greenville and Moosehead Lake. Highly recommended!!!'

'We really enjoyed our stay in Jackman! The house is right on the water with beautiful mountain views, making it a perfect spot to relax. We especially loved using the kayaks.
