'Very dirty carpets everywhere. Worn out rooms. Beds felt dirty. Noisy. Food ok ish, big portions, comfort food only. Not good for kids, nothing to do. No access to sports facilities. Felt unsafe. Friendly staff!'

'Way overpriced for what you get. Old reputation may be good but that must be years ago. Noisy room. No cleaning of rooms when you stay longer than 1 night. Old building. The staff tried to do their best but can not help the problems this hotel has.'

'The staff when we checked in was so friendly and helpful. But the lift is not working and their air conditioning is barely working, it’s not good with this weather. But all the staff are friendly and polite.'

'Breakfast and evening meal was great, don't tend to eat in hotel restaurants but was really happy i did. Bed was really comfy and booked room specifically for the air con during the heatwave and it was freezing. I will definitely return when in Wales with work again.'
