'Outstanding property!'

'Rooms are clean, people sre nice but the hotels in disarray. Ac is missing the fsce and buttons, tvs sitting on the desk because it cant be mounted on the wall for some reason and its outdated. Floors look like they need s major overhaul, list goes on. For the price its decent but they could do so mych more with this place'

'Close to all the places we needed to go'

'Parking was easy it was very close to the concert venue across the street. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly.'

'Property was well kept and clean. However my reason for choosing an extended stay was a fully equipped room. Upon checking I discovered cooking utensils and kitchen items were not available.....however you could rent them for an up fee. Not a fan to be honest.'

'Clean room, very stylish bathroom with lavender scented toiletries. I wish the facility had more moisture in the air because the ultra dry air gave me a low grade migraine but was very beautiful. I was there as a wedding guest. They offer very unique and preferred option for the guests like a social hour with orderves before being seated for the dinner followed the wedding. '

'This hotel was way more luxury than I've ever stayed at before. The hotel makes a great impression when you walk in, especially with the front desk staff being so friendly. The lobby is a vibe that Iam fully here for. This extended to the hallways and our room. We walked into a fireplace and couch set up that begged you to sit and relax with an eating corner and honest bar behind you and the bed off to the side. The bathroom is HUGE. A walk in shower and a separate bathtub with a chandelier...

'This was a good, older, inexpensive motel - clean and all the stuff works properly. '

'It’s a decent property, room 218 was right next to the elevator, probably woke me up 4-5 times in the night, it was awful, everything else was okay…'

'I have spend two night at this hotel. Service was good, friendly personnel. The hotel is quite old and can use some renovation. Beds are OK but the bathroom is old. Heating system makes a lot of noise and you can't turn it off. Fitness center has old equipment and it was damaged. The steakhouse is great and cozy. Good food for a good price. Breakfast is also great. Overall a good stay, probably one of the better hotels close to DSM airport. Very close to the interstate!'

'I've been here for a month or so now with I issues the staff is friendly, they leave you to yourself and have taken care of any issues I've had right away or the next morning. as good as living in a hotel can be it's nice. wish they had coffee machines in room or downstairs ,but it's all good and a gym would be excellent but so far my that's my only complaint'
