'The plumping needs fixing. The shower squeals and has very little pressure, the hot tap in kitchen needs a new washer. The pillow situation is strange, they are two in one and super thick, and no spares for us side sleepers! The single bed is completely bowed in the middle. The kitchen was great but I still wouldn’t stay again. '

'Perfect little bedroom in an old regional Qld country pub. Shared Bathrooms were well maintained, located out on the verandah. Access is secure 24/7 once you have checked in. Staff lovely and helpful. Would stay again.'

'I liked the ground floor position for easy access And fiund tge unit very spacious. The bedroom was large with anotger tv and ensuite batgroom. Loved the spar bath a luxury item. Podition close to good Chinese restaurant in close walking distance. Gold Club abd eateries 5 mins away. Staff cheery and I wad pleased I arrived at 2 pm as the empty spaces filled up by 6 pm. Recommend for the above.'

'We were given rooms that we did not pay for and had to pay extra for the wrong rooms and room 11 the lock on the door was broken the second we went in there the shower temperature would never work properly the only good things was the fridge and tv the heated blanket didn’t work and would turn its self off and the power stuff for the lights and air con was coming out of the wall'

'I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy...

'Nice motel on a perfect location, not far from the city centre but still close to the main roads. Stayed here almost a week, no complains at all. Friendly and service minded staff. Breakfast is served in the restaurant located next door to the reception. Like in many Australian motels the breakfast is not included in the roomfair, would make things a lot easier to do it the American way. Recommendable hotel, would stay here certainly again!'

'Have rooms available for guests with dogs who have to go to UQ Vets at the Gatton Campus. Wonderful setup, highly recommended'

'The Toowoomba Motel is okay for an overnight stay. It's in a quiet location and close to cafes and a petrol station. I arrived to find the bins in the room full. I also found the mattress and pillows to be too firm for me, but the linen was good. The tv stations were all pixelated. The staff were friendly and check in and out hassle-free.'
