'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt centric. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Customer service exceeded expectations. Breakfast had a massive variety. The small breakout area near the reception makes noodles and has a nice selection of cakes and pastries. Recommend without reservation '

'I booked this hotel as a surpise for my parents. I also booked the pick up at the airport. Wow they said they had a great experience. The pick up was great! And the checkin made them feel very special. They got a free upgrade and this made their weddinganniversary even more special. The hotel is so clean, outstandig. 'Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use. The staff really go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. Always smiling and friendly and happy to take time to chat with the guests. The food is wonderful and the head chef takes great pride in his work. He is also very accommodating and happy to take on any challenges if you want something that’s not on the menu. 'The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. Our room was on the 3rd floor of one of the annexes, and was wonderful, - beautifully appointed, with a balcony overlooking the excellent pool. The staff were very friendly and gave...

'Very good and friendly service. When I indicated that the pool fountain generator made to much noise for me to enjoy the balcony of the room, I was immediately brought to the next available room with a quiet see view. Food in the Verandah restaurant is excellent and very friendly service.'
