'Loved our stay here! Rooms are great and you are on the water! We enjoyed the room, views of the bay from the room, and being just across the street from the promenade. Our kids jumped off the dive board which was a highlight of their trip to Galway! We loved the hotel, enjoyed drinks in the sunroom looking at the bay, and the Irish breakfast is fantastic. 'Hotelkamer van binnen mooi, maar absoluut geen uitzicht. Ramen geblindeerd en als je deze open doet keken we recht uit op een overvolle binnenplaats met dakventilatoren. We zaten helemaal achterin, met een hele lange gang. Iedere dag lag er ook rotzooi in de gang( borden,bestek,glazen en schoonmaakspullen). Het zag er in de gangen onverzorgd uit. Tevens als er buren de deuren dichtdeden ging dit altijd hard, zat extra haakje in de deur waardoor je deze niet zacht dichtkreeg. Erg vervelend voor...

'From the moment we walked in and we were greeted at the front desk, to our breakfasts, to dinner in the resturant the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms themselves were large, very clean, the beds comfortable, and the views of the clew bay amazing. Room service was fast and hot, the laundry service as well was very fast. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat to anyone. We stayed in many hotels while in Ireland and this one was by far the best. As a side note there is a lot to do...
