'Hotelkamer van binnen mooi, maar absoluut geen uitzicht. Ramen geblindeerd en als je deze open doet keken we recht uit op een overvolle binnenplaats met dakventilatoren. We zaten helemaal achterin, met een hele lange gang. Iedere dag lag er ook rotzooi in de gang( borden,bestek,glazen en schoonmaakspullen). Het zag er in de gangen onverzorgd uit. Tevens als er buren de deuren dichtdeden ging dit altijd hard, zat extra haakje in de deur waardoor je deze niet zacht dichtkreeg. Erg vervelend voor...

'From the moment we walked in and we were greeted at the front desk, to our breakfasts, to dinner in the resturant the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms themselves were large, very clean, the beds comfortable, and the views of the clew bay amazing. Room service was fast and hot, the laundry service as well was very fast. I would recommend this hotel in a heart beat to anyone. We stayed in many hotels while in Ireland and this one was by far the best. As a side note there is a lot to do...

'Loved our stay here! Rooms are great and you are on the water! We enjoyed the room, views of the bay from the room, and being just across the street from the promenade. 'The 3 of us stayed here for 1 night. We needed to visited a few places in town and the receptionist Rebecca was excellent and rang the taxi rank and mentioned all our destination's and made it so easy for us, we also dined in the bar and it was so tasty, room 401 was spacious and the staff. We’re so kind even at breakfast. would stay here again 100%, felt like a home from home, when back to Galway - Angela 🌻'
