'De kamer was schoon en netjes en de baliemedewerker was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'This property will be reopening across the parking lot in a new building. Very disappointing stay that the staff really could not help due more to renovation.'

'The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!'

'Great location in the heart of Lafayette. Staff is great and very helpful. We had the empire room and it was a nice spacious and clean room. Same for the bathroom. Lovely light homemade breakfast in the morning. '

'Het hotel ziet er heel netjes uit, heeft goede faciliteiten en een heerlijk ontbijt. Het is een uitstekend hotel voor de zakelijke reiziger. De locatie is niet inspirerend (helemaal niet nu er ook gewerkt wordt in de omgeving aan de weg), op een zakenterrein naast de snelweg. Het grootste minpunt is de gehorigheid van de kamer. Je hoort je buren lopen, alsof het bij jou in de kamer is. '

'Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street.'
