'I visited the King’s Lakeside Cottage with my husband and 6 year old this weekend and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the views of the lake and the opportunity to play on the private beach. We also took a tour of Locke Lake on the kayaks provided and tried out the paddle boat too. 'We rented the house to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with a small family vacation and it was perfect! We were able to bring my mom's dog and the four of us had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was great and is in a great location. The view is even better in person!! The only issue was that the heat was on 55 when we arrived so it took a few hours for the house to warm up - but it did no problem and the electric fireplace helped a bunch! I highly recommend staying here.'

'This was the perfect place for us! It was central to activities and beaches, safe, quiet and the amenities were a plus. The cottage was clean and we had everything we needed. Also, the hosts were great about recommending places to eat; they were very helpful.'

'The grounds are beautiful. Pools and playground kept very clean. The property around the cottage was over grown and not kept that great. Bathroom and kitchen sink did not seem to be cleaned. Overall I would recommend this facility but would not rent this cottage again.'

'We had a great time! Swimming, paddle boards and kayaking! Grilled out dinners! This property provides everything! Tablecloth for picnic table, all kitchen supplies, grill supplies, and the list goes on! The nights got cool which was good. There are only 2 a/c’s in the house. Not only is this house dog friendly, but they provided dog bowls and an outdoor leash! My kids are 19, 17 and 7 and each one of them had a blast!'
