Ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ligt wel aan een drukke weg maar voor Londen is dit denk ik vrij rustig. Het is wel een eindje van het centrum maar met de bushalte voor de deur maakt dat niets uit. '

'Nice hotel with very good breakfast. The room was small, but clean and with an electric watercooker, perfect. The bed was excellent and the shower was the best. I had a good night sleep. The kew garden was on a small walk from the hotel. The best place for visiting the Kew Garden. The host was very kind and helpfull. The next time I visit the Kew Garden I will definitly book this hotel again.'

'Not good but was manageable for 1 night…was only there for 1 night. Slow check-in. No toilet roll in room had to ask reception. Toilet blocked after one flush looked like days old feaces toilet clogged with the feaces remaining on the surface. Toilet water brown and extremely smelly. Reception informed they stated come and use the toilet at the reception when needed bearing in mind we were on the 5th floor. Staff reported no maintenance was on site at the time to address the problem. Room...
