I found it difficult to navigate but it was not a surprise since it was clearly stated. The location is great and we were able to walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. 'This property is owned by a larger management company. So had more hoops to go through after the reservation done here. Fill out an application AND send picture of ID. A few days prior to check in, got a text of the house manual. It was a ton of rules of things NOT to do and specific instructions about the hot tub. Except for one thing.
