'Everything was clean in the room, but it was very hot to sleep in (the thermostat was set at 70 degrees when we walked in). We turned the heat off, thinking that would help, but then turned on the A/C and set it at 68, but it remained hot - too hot to sleep. I told the front desk and they said that the 3rd floor is hot. 'I thought since checking out was at 12 at noon then checking in would be the same time but it was at 3 o'clock in the afternoon . The staff we're great and very nice . The bathroom in our room didn't have a fan so that was unusual . On television i wasn't able to download any of my streaming services so i could order a movie or watch something i wanted .
