'Be careful. I booked this last minute, as a result I got no entry details. The entrance is in an alleyway and you need a code to get in. I’m so pleased it was still light when I arrived. I had to then call a number on the booking to work out how to get in. Had to try twice, eventually someone answered but had to put me through to someone else. I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. When I requested a portable fan for the bedroom as it was really hot, I was told they would bring one the next day as it was late when I arrived. But the fan never came even when I asked again.
