'This was a perfect house in a perfect location! We had plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms across 3 different levels of the home, and a very cozy main level for hanging out together. We loved that this location is close to the best attractions in the White Mountains, but just off the beaten path making it easy to access and more relaxing. Overall our visit was great and we would absolutely return to this home again!'

'We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay.'

'My family of 8 stayed at this beautiful property Memorial Day weekend 2024. The house is right on the water and has it's own private beach, water was cold but that didn't stop us from throwing some tubes into the river and going for a short float! The house had every accommodation that you could imagine - whatever we forgot, it was there waiting for us. Lighter for the campfire, salt and pepper, ice trays, etc. The house was true to its description - the loft area has a double and twin bed,...

'We had a wonderful weekend at the Osgood home for a weekend of relaxation on Mothers Day weekend. Great location for us to explore downtown North Conway , the Outlet shops and a trek to Diana's baths. We had planned on taking a walk on the property trail bit found a sign that indicated a Mama Bear and her cubs had been sighted along the trail. We decided to leave her to her mothers day weekend.'

'I expected a typical townhouse size and I was pleasantly surprised with the large rooms. It was 4 floors with plenty of room for our 2 families. The little ones were really excited about the toys in the lower level. It was a nice surprise for them. Ha ha'

'Better than advertised. Everything was great, Annie was great to communicate with, son forgot his toothbrush but no problem, one was waiting. The home was perfect, even things like access to different streaming platforms on both TVs was thought of by Annie. Deck with furniture and grill were a great touch. Washer and dryer in the basement came in handy. Love the front room. Hope to come back here again, can't recommend it enough.'

'Arriving to the house we were so grateful to get away for a few nights. Having a toddler we did NOT want to get a hotel room as bedtime would have been the same for all of us so renting a house was for sure our priority. This house was so clean and seemed brand new! Everything was thought of with this house. The location was perfect and close to everything. The management was responsive and very nice. The ONLY downfall was turning onto the street it is a little of a sharp turn and that the house...

'Outdoor deck was not safe especially the steps leading to deck. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared on site. Not enough towels or toilet paper for 7 people. We had to run out and purchase toilet paper, only 2 already opened rolls were at property. Overall a beautiful place and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.'
