The property was clean. But the photos are very outdated. That pool patio is a different color, definitely not freshly painted as it shows in the pictures. The pool furniture is all broken or rusty and scary to use. The pool needed a cleaning as well, some algae growing. The bath towels are old (one was dated to be from an event in 2010). The rest of the towels were basically thin toddler towels. We ended up buying our own to use. The mattresses and pillows desperately need to replaced. The mater bed is collapsing on the bathroom side. Most of the livingroom lightbulbs need to be replaced. They were either out or so dim we used our phones as flashlights. For the price in the area it makes sense. But several of the home details were a miss. The gas tank for the grill was empty so we pivoted our grilling dinner plans.We were happy with the cleanliness and never noticed the tenant next door. Would book again if I were traveling with pillows and towels.
