Designed by noted architect J. Stetson with soaring ceilings & period details, the home features a spacious living room featuring a fireplace & vaulted beamed ceilings, a bright formal dining room with pool and garden vistas, built-in bar, large chef's kitchen with gas range, granite counters, new appliances and a breakfast area with French doors to pool. The primary bedroom also overlooks the pool area and features large closets, ensuite bath with separate tub, shower & outdoor access. The split floor plan also includes 2 additional bedrooms and 2 renovated baths. There is a covered lanai which overlooks a large patio, pool & tropically landscaped yard surrounded by privacy hedges. This property also features a 2 car garage. This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic.

Southern Breeze is walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway and the famous Island of Palm Beach with it's pristine beaches are a quick 7-8 minute drive. Palm Beach International Airport and downtown West Palm Beach with the Brightline Train station are within 10 minutes driving distance.

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $100 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

House Rules:
Thanks for treating this home like your own - no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

Pool Heat:
Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, you’ll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment.
