'Did not know there was no elevator. Had an elder person with me and was put on the 3rd floor. It's an old building and didn't seem to be well maintained. The beds were on wheels and kept moving every time you moved in the bed. The hallways and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There were 3 of us and only got one key. When I asked for a second one, I was told she didn't have anymore.'

'Everything was clean and the staff was good too. The hot breakfast had eggs, biscuit and gravy, oatmeal, cereals... lots of variety.'

'The property was very nice and clean. Large parking lot. We were there for surgery at Prosser Memorial Hospital. My wife stayed there 2 nights while I was recovering. The staff made sure that she was taken care of and was super helpful with any needs. Highly recommend this property and entire staff.'
