'Clean and decent hot breakfast!'

'The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The space was nice, but a more comfortable chair or sofa would have been preferable, especially if I had planned on spending more than one night. The automated room check in, while unexpected, worked ok. However, the key that was issued did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have a new one issued by the clerk. The clerk told me that this issue was a common one, so please fix that. My biggest complaint is the noise level. Obviously,...

'We only stay for like three hours because the lock on the door was not working and maintenance guy couldn’t fix it until the next day, so we asked for our refund, she said will be no problem, hopefully we’ll get our money back. I cannot stay in a place that I don’t feel secure'

'Barely any amenities, which is what you get at an extended stay hotel. I understand no breakfast, but theres not even an iron, hair dryer, or even a box of Kleenex. Mattress has minimal support. I would stay here again if it is significantly less expensive that surrounding hotels like it was this time, but I’d rather pay more to stay somewhere like a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn Express. No paid me to write this, this is just a matter-of-fact, honest review.'
