'Our stay was perfectly pleasant but the parking was far from the unit and the ski school and daycare was on a different part of the mountain which made the location inconvenient for having little kids with us.'

It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used...
