Half Mi to Yacht Club: Home by Perry Lake!
We came to the area for a tournament and this was our home base for the week—-warm, homey and a great retreat from the gym. We mostly had breakfasts there and then late night snacks. The beautiful country drive to both Topeka and Lawrence was easy. We appreciated the quiet area!

Washburn Hotel Suites
Great location. Coffee shop and lobby are a 10/10. The apartment is super spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable and some of the furniture has been updated. Only needs a little attention to details such as faucet handles, caulking here and there. TV remotes are confusing and the water tastes terrible. ...

3-bedroom Modern home in welcoming Topeka with WiFi, AC
Clean property. Caused me to feel my age with the stairs. Well equipped except wash cloths. On a whole nice stay. Easy communication with owner.
