'Beautiful surroundings, location close to everything, nice size house that had been updated. The yard was big and our dog had plenty of room to run and play. Our only negative was finding out at check-in that the management group did not allow a dog to be left unattended in the yard (in case it would bark) or in the house unless it was kenneled. We had to change our family plans to accommodate this because we do not kennel our dog and we had hoped to leave her outside for short amounts of time...

'The Kansas Cottage gave us easy access to both NE Kansas and NW Arkansas State Parks. We spent a day in each state. The Cottage is cozy. One thing to note is that the property info says King Bed, but it is a Queen Bed.'

'From beginning until I left, the hosts were accommodating, easy to connect with, and made me and my son feel welcomed and comfortable. The house was beautiful, the apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you could possibly want. They had house manuals with clear information and instructions. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be saving this home as a favorite for my visits to see my son at the university....
