'There was no complementary bottles of water left in the room. Most of the basic hotel chains do this. The prices change based on the day? Bottle water one night was $2.00, the very next $3.00. The breakfast was nothing to write home about they had breast biscuit sandwiches you had to heat up in the microwave. They offer fruit cups and granola bars and muffins. That was it. Wasn’t impressed. I had to take a cold shower because their thermostat was having an issue. There was no off of a discount....

'Hotel was very easy to find. Check-In was efficient. Staff were helpful. Hotel is SUPER convenient to Thompson's Point (.4 mi) and Bissell's Brewery (maybe .25 mi) so walking was super easy post arrival. Breakfast was available, coffee was hot. Choices somewhat limited, but pre-arrival it was noted that breakfast largely grab-&-go so not a surprise.'

'The floors were dirty in the bathroom. Bed sheets had what appeared to be stains! Not sure the bedding/ linen was clean. Smelled like mold and so did I and my clothing! People smoking at entrance from the back resturant made me nauseated.and it followed you into the building. Very run down and old!'

'I loved the variety for breakfast and everything was so good. I enjoyed the free hor deurves free drinks in the evening. The staff were all very pleasent. The noise was kept down.'

'Fantastic stay. We had the Stovall room which was very spacious. Bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was also very big. Nice shower with lots of water pressure and nice products. Service was super friendly and everything was clearly explained. We’re lucky enough to be able to park next to the building. Only thing that could finish things off would be a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker.'

'Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.'

'Very nice and clean loft apartments. Highly recommend for travel with families. No front rest person or traditional hotel amenities but services requests were answered super promptly. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Such a great, different, non-hotel feeling option to stumble upon when I was in Portland, Maine. GREAT location. Feels much more boutique hotel like, quaint, way more appeal than a big "chain" hotel. I would want to book for more than a week to be able to use kitchen and flexibility of apartment-like feel.'

'Front desk staff was nice. Gym was kinda small The pillows were horrible. They need to upgrade the pillows!! They were so so soft I used 3 and still had no neck support'
