'Gate guard at night for parking, both staff members I dealt with were amazing and friendly. For being in a less than ideal location and an older building, they do a great job with the property. The tv wifi was a pain to get connected but eventually did. Definitely recommend for budget travels. '

'So much better than the element! A/C could be cooler, disappointing when my house is cooler than a hotel. A hotel is a place to be as cold as you want. But both the Element and The Az control the temperature, and that’s not ok with me. The hotel is beautiful, but both hotels are off my list- only because of the Air conditioner being controlled'

'Prima plek in Downtown Phoenix met zeer vriendelijk en toeschietelijk personeel. Bar en restaurant zijn goed voorzien, maar natuurlijk wel prijzig. Duurzaamheid is “alles of niks” voor wat betreft het verzorgen van de kamers, dus als je alleen de koffie aangevuld wilt hebben krijg je de schone lakens en handdoeken erbij, wat natuurlijk niet nodig is. '

'Beetje gedateerd maar echt schoon, zowel de kamer maar ook de toiletten van het hotel, heel netjes! Veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt en vlakbij het State Farm Stadium. Personeel bij de front desk was heel vriendelijk, vooral Ladonna. Zij heeft ons heel goed geholpen, niets was teveel.
Omgeving is ook mooi, netjes, verzorgt. Er is ook genoeg gratis parkeergelegenheid. Enige minpuntje was het ontbijt; weinig keus en heel simpel maar verder zou ik dit hotel zeker aan bevelen.'
