'Small town Inn with a general vibe of you are in the country. Rooms were cleaned but sure did step back into the 90s with the decor. Located right by the downtown and famous Pocahontas statue. A gas station is right across the street. Only thing I would suggest for change is the bedding and pillows.'

'Upon check in there was a sign at the front desk to let guests know that the pool and hot tub were not working. There was no indication when it would be reopening and it did not open during the two night weekend stay that I was there. The in room TV did not work, either. Staff did not replace it although they weee notified. Not sure what the problem was. There were literally four cars in the parking lot the entire stay. This hotel is under new ownership. 'Nice rooms, good value for your money. Just get your breakfast someplace else.'

'There is nothing wrong with this place. Very clean, everything was fine. My only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. This may not bother anyone, but I like to have a cup before I have to get presentable to go downstairs. Although, their coffee was fine and lots of flavored creamer options.'

'The AmericInn in Sibley, Iowa was the cleanest, most comfortable stay that we have had in Iowa yet. The room was cozy and well maintained and the best part was that it was quiet. No loud, annoying guests who can’t respect others rest time. We will definitely stay there again in the future. The manager/owner and her husband were very friendly and helpful.'
