'All staff were so kind and helpful! We both really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this property if we ever come back to ride the Wabash Trace Trail again. Lovely location and room was very nice. They also have a safe room to store bikes in that they can monitor 24/7 right off the main desk. '

'The room was very clean I came in one night with a question and as I walked to the counter I noticed that the front desk clerk was in the back room. The desk had instructions to dial "0" on the desk phone if I needed help. I did this and the phone was loud and I allowed it to ring at least 6 times but the clerk never came out so I just left. 'Very unfriendly service at the main desk, since I had a lot of luggage I had requested a first floor room close to the parking, I got a second floor room at the end of the corridor, the unfriendly lady at the desk told me that it was because I booked through hotels.com, and not through their site. If I had complaints I should turn to hotels.com. So if you like to book through hotels.com choose another hotel and avoid this one.'
