'Check in was excellent! I don’t speak Spanish :/ and the reception spoke excellent English. What a beautiful location in the mountains. The scenery from every area - our balcony, the restaurant, the pool - beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good. Overall - felt like we found a diamond in the rough. '

'We had an amazing time staying at Umami. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, the staff was amazing and the location was close to the beach. Also the drinks from the bar, 10/10. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Viejo!'

'Big room with balcony and nice bathroom. Easy to park and good for a stopover. We had dinner and that was good. The fridge and bathroom sink weren’t clean. Dust on lamps and side tables'

'Prima hotel, mochten eerder inchecken en ontbijt was erg goed. Kamers erg gehorig doordat ze naast de weg liggen. '
